Forty of the best and brightest of the Greater Lehigh Valley’s young business professionals were honored Tuesday evening at the inaugural Forty Under 40 ceremony at Hotel Bethlehem.
The honorees – chosen from a list of nominees – were selected based on professional accomplishments, leadership, vision and community service. Lehigh Valley Business organized the event.
“It was very exciting to feel the energy in the room,” Mike O’Rourke, Lehigh Valley Business publisher, said of the event. “Based on the talent of the award winners, business in the Lehigh Valley will be in great shape for years to come.
“We are proud to have such an outstanding group be our inaugural class of Forty Under 40.”
Dave Schankweiler, CEO of Journal Multimedia – the parent company of Lehigh Valley Business – was the emcee of the event. Crystal Signatures of Bethlehem was the presenting sponsor, while Cedar Crest College was the supporting sponsor.
