Descco Design & Construction of Fleetwood hosted its annual Dwight E. Stoltzfus Scholarship Golf Tournament on Sept. 16 at Blackwood Golf Course in Douglassville. Proceeds benefi t the Memorial Trade Scholarship at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport.
