Tompkins VIST Bank has cut the ribbon on its 20th and newest branch, the second new branch it’s opened this year.
The 2,500-square-foot location is at 101 E. Philadelphia Ave. in Boyertown.
The branch features office space, customer service areas, a night drop, a drive-up and a drive-up ATM.
In addition to the traditional banking amenities, the branch also has a large lower level room that the bank is offering as a meeting space for community organizations.
Tompkins VIST previously this year opened a branch in Pottstown.
“With the Boyertown and Pottstown offices, we look forward to filling the need for community banking that has arisen from the recent merger activity,” said Tompkins VIST Bank president and CEO Scott Gruber.
The Boyertown branch will be led by manager Lori Carnes. Last year, Carnes was named Boyertown Citizen of the Year.
Tompkins VIST is headquartered in Wyomissing.
