The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency is accepting bids for the purchase of $4.5 million in mixed-use development tax credits.  

Governor Tom Wolf today announced awards totaling more than $43.6 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credits, more than $7.4 million in PennHOMES funding, and more than $15.9 million in National Housing Trust Funds for the construction of 1,974 affordable multifamily rental units in Pennsylvania.  

The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency is now accepting bids for $3 million in mixed-use development credits.

The Wolf administration on Tuesday announced nearly $60 million in beginning farmer tax credits over the next decade to encourage the next generation of farmers to take up the mantel from their older and retiring counterparts.

PIRHL Developers LLC of Cleveland, Ohio has received tax credits from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Authority totaling more than $2.3 million to help pay for an affordable-housing project on Easton’s south side.

Five redevelopment projects in Berks, Lancaster and York counties will split nearly $700,000 made available by the state as part a bigger $3 million allocation of historic preservation tax credits.
