Bethlehem’s newest brewery, Seven Sirens Brewing Company, is on track to open in the next few months on Broad Street. Founded by partners Josh Divers and Jordan Serulneck, a U.S. Navy veteran, the brewery will feature a variety of flagship and specialty beers.

Seven Sirens Brewing will be the latest in a burst of micro-breweries in the Lehigh Valley. From Funk to Fegley’s, Bonn Place to Bangor Trust, there is a microbrewery (or two or three) in many local communities. But will the growing supply outpace the demand? And with so many specialty beers, can any beer be special? LVB talked to those on the front line of the local craft brewery scene to find out.
