Gov. Tom Wolf unveils guidance for businesses in yellow-phase counties

State officials are employing a regional and industry-specific approach to reopening businesses considered non-life-sustaining. This will see counties move from three traffic-light-defined phases — red, yellow and green — designating the strictness social distancing measures. Gov.
