Since the “great resignation” happened in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, employers in the Lehigh Valley, and nationally, are having a more difficult time recruiting and retaining top talent. 

BSI Corporate Benefits has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley to renovate five houses near St. Luke's Sacred Heart Campus in Allentown. 

BSI Corporate Benefits announced the promotion of Valerie (Val) Lewis to chief operating officer.  Lewis, an Allentown native and DeSales University graduate, joined BSI, a Bethlehem-based employee benefits insurance agency, in 2012.

BSI Corporate Benefits will match donations made to the St. Luke’s University Health Network’s Sacred Heart hospital campus in downtown Allentown. BSI, a national employee benefits firm headquartered in Bethlehem, will match every Heart of the City campaign leadership gift of $1,000 or more up to $250,000.
