People First takes the ‘press one’ out of telephone banking

No more pressing “1” for customers of People First Federal Credit Union. The Allentown-based credit union, has added new technology to its customer service operations that has replaced the old-fashioned phone menu with a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence.
