Construction and engineering companies, manufacturers and dozens of professional services firms lead the way in Lehigh Valley Business’ fourth annual Top 100 Private Companies list, which was revealed today.
The annual list highlights the top privately held companies in the Greater Lehigh Valley, ranking them based on their annual revenue.
This year’s theme of Going for the Gold asks CEOs and other key executives what they look for in forming a winning team – everything from philosophy to hiring to training to coaching. Central themes emerged, including setting up employees for success, commitment to quality, leading by example and identifying future leaders.
East Penn Manufacturing of Lyon Station, which had $2 billion in revenue last year, is No. 1 on the list, followed by B. Braun of America in Bethlehem, Penske Truck Leasing/Penske Logistics of Cumru Township, Victaulic of Forks Township and Essroc Cement of Upper Nazareth Township.
Besides our Top 100 list, the special issue also discloses the privately held Top 20 by county and the Top 10 manufacturers, construction companies and engineering firms.
