Lehigh Valley Health Network plans to open its fully leased medical office building along Route 100 in Fogelsville this month.
The facility will open to the public on July 28, said Brian Downs, spokesman for LVHN.
The facility will offer services that include family medicine, express care, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology and laboratory services from Health Network Laboratories, Downs said.
Also, pending regulatory inspections, the site will offer rehabilitation services, imaging services and home sleep testing, he said.
The project is part of developer and landowner David Jaindl’s Lehigh Hills, a new walkable community of townhouses, single-family homes, apartments, health center, retail pads, restaurant sites and acres of open space.
Work is nearly finished on the 40,000-square-foot LVHN building.
Jaindl Land Co. started planning five years ago for the project, which kicked off with a development of the Weis supermarket, which opened in 2012 along Route 100.
Serfass Construction of North Whitehall Township built the structure; MKSD Architects of South Whitehall Township was the designer.
