Lehigh Valley firm fined by gaming control board

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has fined a Lehigh County company $7,500.

Global Innovative Gaming was fined for failing to immediately notify the board of a change in ownership.

According to its website, the company, located at 1275 Glenlivet Drive, Suite 100 in Upper Macungie Township, was founded in 2011 and is an inventor, designer and manufacturer of casino table games.

According to a 2015 story in the Morning Call, Stephen Berkowitz of Allentown was the founder of the company.

Calls to Global Innovative Gaming for comment were not returned.
