Is there a market for new apartments in old Allentown building with rents as high as $2,200 per month?

Brothers Al and Alex Ruozzi recently renovated the historic Klein building at Front and Hamilton streets in Allentown into an auto restoration shop with upscale apartments on the upper floors. The apartments — which run from 1,300 to 1,800 square feet — originally were listed at $2,200 to $3,000 a month. While still expensive, they're priced to move in the Lehigh Valley's exploding real restate market, local Realtors say.
