Provident Bank participates in volunteer challenge

Provident Bank and The Provident Bank Foundation jointly committed $7,500 as a sponsor of the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley’s 2017 Volunteer Challenge. Price Rite partners to distribute food to families

Price Rite of Allentown partnered with Feed the Children, Amick and Everlasting Ministries to volunteer their time to package and distribute food and essentials to 800 Lehigh Valley families in need. Each family received a 25-pound box of food and 10-pound box of essentials including shampoo, conditioner, lotion and personal care items, as well as books. Pictured are employees of Price Rite.

Mauch Chunk Trust Co. helps student business leaders

The Future Business Leaders of America student team of Lehighton Area High School was awarded a $2,000 donation from Mauch Chunk Trust Co. of Jim Thorpe after three students qualified for the National FBLA Conference in Anaheim, Calif. KeyBank employees volunteer at Lehigh Valley Zoo

KeyBank Lehigh Valley employees volunteered at the Lehigh Valley Zoo in Schnecksville, where they spent time helping children use crafting skills to make penguin bracelets. A portion of the proceeds from the bracelets will benefit SANCCOB, a South African organization dedicated to the conservation and protection of African penguins. Accounting firm donates to Big Brothers Big Sisters

Buckno Lisicky & Co. of Allentown donated $525 to Big Brothers Big Sisters Lehigh Valley after employees paid $5 to dress down on Fridays.
