Kellie L. Rahl-Heffner, Partner, Gross McGinley LLP
Kellie L. Rahl-Heffner is an experienced family law attorney, guiding individuals through sensitive legal matters including divorce, child custody and guardianship, child support and alimony claims, protections from abuse (PFAs), and adoptions. She also assists her clients in designing pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements that best preserve family assets.
Kellie is well-versed in the Lehigh and Northampton County family court systems, representing individuals in family law disputes. As an experienced arbitrator, Kellie also counsels families in matters that can best be resolved outside of the courtroom.
As a member of the firm’s Litigation Group, she also represents individuals and property owners in landlord-tenant matters including lease disputes, eviction filings, and property maintenance.
Prior to joining Gross McGinley, Kellie worked for over 11 years as an attorney with North Penn Legal Services, providing legal advice and representation to low-income clients in family law, unemployment, landlord/tenant, and other legal matters.

Ms. Oliver is currently serving her 2nd year Board term as Delegate for CREW Lehigh Valley and is active in both the Membership Committee and Outreach Committee. At a National level, she serves as Foundation Champion for her CREW Chapter as well. Lisa volunteers throughout the Lehigh Valley Community for organizations such as Habitat For Humanity, Let’s Build Construction Camp, Sixth Street Shelter and Easton Area Community Center. She is actively involved in City Center Church of Bethlehem.

Tricia Szurgot is Chief Operating Officer at First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union and a Certified Futurist™ with 25+ years leading award-winning strategy, operations, marketing and CX organizations – in and out of the financial services industry. She pioneered FCFCU’s award-winning Corporate Social Responsibility program, is a LEED AP BD+C and led the organization’s COVID response as both COO and CMXO to achieve continuous operation at Forbes’ #1 Credit Union in PA.
Tricia joined First Commonwealth FCU in early 2017 as Chief Marketing and Experience Officer, leading their aggressive growth strategy, retail expansion and member experience and digital transformation. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in January 2020.
Tricia helps organizations cultivate purpose and nurture corporate conscience to create brand, growth and operational strategies that deliver optimum business value and positive impact for stakeholders and the greater good. She has been a driving force helping progressive organizations advance and align business strategy, brand, CX, operations and talent to the future to drive results, resiliency, optimum value and future alignment.
Tricia relocated to Atlanta, GA for more than a decade in the mid 2000’s to lead global strategy and marketing in both the technology and engineering sectors. She worked globally with some of the world’s top experience brands and returned to the credit union industry in 2017. She is most passionate about her role as “mom” to her 12 year-old son, Jack, and is a champion for working moms (and dads) and advocate for equality and inclusivity in the workplace. She lives in the Greater Lehigh Valley with her husband of 18 years (Rob), son (Jack) and their 7 year-old Newfoundland (Sunny).
