Two downtown offices are expanding their footprint, making Three City Center fully leased.
City Center Investment Corp said Velaspan and Norris McLaughlin & Marcus have both taken on leases for larger space in the building.
Law firm Norris McLaughlin & Marcus became the anchor tenant of Three City Center in April 2015, leasing more than 35,000 square feet for its 73 employees. This summer, the firm’s space will increase by more than 5,000 square feet.
Velaspan, a wireless technology company, which moved into Three City Center in July 2015, is increasing its space by about 50 percent, bringing its size to nearly 9,000 square feet.
The seven-story, 167,000-square-foot Three City Center is on the 500 block of Hamilton Street in Allentown. It was built in 2015.
Last month Lehigh Valley Health Network announced it would move almost 500 of its employees to Three City Center in downtown Allentown, starting in November.
