Boyle Construction of South Whitehall Township is wrapping up construction on the first part of a multiphase project for a Kia auto dealership.
Boyle is completing exterior façade work for Allentown Kia at 2350 Lehigh St. in Allentown, said Sean Boyle, chairman and president. Most of the work is exterior, with little work on the inside.
The second part of the project is in the design stage and includes construction of the interior showroom, offices and waiting lounge. The third part involves completing the repair shop.
While there is no completion date set, the first part, estimated to cost $1.3 million, should be finished in the first quarter of next year, Boyle said.
The architect of record for the project is Warren Beltz Architects of Jenkintown, he said.
Boyle Construction began work on the project in August.
