Benjamin E. Rusiloski

Benjamin E. Rusiloski

President

Delaware Valley University

Rusiloski served the university more than 25 years before being named the institution’s 14th president in 2021.

He joined the faculty in 1994 as an assistant professor of chemistry. Since then, Rusiloski has chaired two academic departments and served as dean of the School of Life and Physical Sciences, vice president for academic affairs and dean of the faculty, and interim president.

“Throughout the [president] search process, Dr. Rusiloski’s work in experiential learning really stood out to us,” Majid Alsayegh, chair of the university’s board, said in a release when he was selected.

Rusiloski led the development and implementation of DelVal’s signature Experience360 Program, which uses real-world experiences and employer feedback to prepare students for professional success. The National Society for Experiential Education selected Experience360 as the 2019 Outstanding Experiential Learning Program.
