Tim Dietrich: Barley Snyder has been in practice for more than 50 years. We represent businesses, governments, nonprofit institutions and individuals in all major area of civil law.

Our primary services include corporate governance, litigation and risk management, mergers and acquisitions, health care, labor and employment, employee benefits and compensation, immigration, intellectual property, banking, securities, real estate, tax, wealth management and estate planning.

LVB: What have been some of the biggest hardships and opportunities that Barley Snyder has encountered throughout its years in business?

Dietrich: Our firm has been fortunate to have relationships with creative and entrepreneurial clients, and we have grown with them. We faced the same challenges that everyone faced during the “Great Recession,” but we weathered the storm very well by focusing on helping clients.

LVB: How does Barley Snyder directly impact the local economy?

Dietrich: First and foremost, we help many businesses and important institutions accomplish their goals, which often means greater economic activity and hiring in the region.
