Workers are building an Arby’s restaurant at 3020 Easton Ave. in Bethlehem Township.
The fast food establishment is going up on 2.3 acres at the former site of a Taco Bell, which moved to 2585 Easton Ave. in Bethlehem.
That Taco Bell in turn, replaced an Arby’s.
James Balliet, president of KW Commercial of South Whitehall Township, said he leased the property to Amish Parikh, who is the franchisee for the Arby’s location.
Arby’s, based in Atlanta, has more than two dozen locations in the Greater Lehigh Valley, according to its website.
A spokesperson for the franchise was unavailable for comment.
