After opening Pennsylvania's first medical marijuana dispensary, Keystone Canna Remedies has selected a second location.

The company plans to open in a medical office building at 3340 Hamilton Boulevard in South Whitehall Township. Keystone Canna opened its first dispensary on Stefko Boulevard in Bethlehem in January 2018.

Cindy McDonnel Feinberg of Feinberg Real Estate Advisors, said she represented Keystone Canna, which bought the property under the name PA Store 299 LLC. Keystone Canna paid slightly more than $1 million for the 7,000 square-foot-property, which it will remodel for its needs, Feinberg said. The building includes 2,000 square feet of office space on the second floor, which should be available by late spring, Feinberg said.

Feinberg said Keystone Canna chose the site because of its proximity to medical facilities and access to highways.

Victor Guadagnino Jr., co-founder and chief business development officer for Keystone Canna, could not be reached for comment.

Jerdon Construction of Upper Macungie Township is doing the construction work, Feinberg said. The architect for the project is R&D Architecture of Easton. Christian J. Brown of Brown Design Corp. of Allentown is working on the project for site development and landscape architecture.

The Garibaldi Group, based in Chatham, N.J., represented the seller, 3340 Hamilton LP in the transaction, she said.
