Gross McGinley LLP, based in Allentown, hired two attorneys in the business services group. H. Ross Ramaley assists clients in banking, nonprofit, technology, advertising and commercial real estate with general corporate matters, including business formations, entrepreneurial ventures, mergers, acquisitions and contract review.

He previously worked for a firm in West Chester. Christopher R. Gresh represents businesses in a wide range of matters including general corporate, commercial, real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He previously worked for a New York City law firm

TWG Security Inc., in Upper Milford Township, hired Louis Rabenold as an engineering program manager where he is responsible for leading the sales engineering department and designing enterprise-wide security technology solutions. Rabenold previously worked at Avigilon Corp. and Johnson Controls.

Dunlap & Associates PC, based in Chalfont, hired Haley Priester as a staff accountant in the audit services department. Priester performs audits of nonprofits, local governments, commercial entities and employee benefit plans. She graduated from Lock Haven University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting/business administration with a concentration in economics and finance. She is currently pursuing her designation as a certified public accountant.

Altitude Marketing in Emmaus promoted Alex Hernandez to senior client engagement manager. She had served as client engagement manager. Hernandez joined the company in 2015 as an assistant account manager.

St. Luke’s University Health Network hired three physicians. Dr. Kristen Stone-Mulhern was hired at St. Luke’s OB/GYN A Woman’s Place in Bethlehem. She has extensive training in all laparoscopic surgeries, high-risk obstetrics, gynecological cancer prevention and detection, and hereditary cancer counseling. Dr. Danielle Johnson was hired at St. Luke’s Riverside Women’s Healthcare in Easton. Johnson is trained in managing pregnancy, labor and delivery, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, complex contraception and family planning, and teen and adolescent women’s health. Dr. Ingrid Paredes was hired at OB/GYN Care Associates of St. Luke’s in Allentown, Lehighton and Tamaqua. Paredes had been a resident at St. Luke’s. Paredes has an interest in postpartum training and outreach to teens.

 

Kutztown University hired two people and promoted another. Sharon Tercha was hired as assistant vice president of marketing and communications. Tercha has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and public relations in higher education, executive leadership and finance. She previously worked at the Center for Creative Leadership and Tercha Consulting. Bryan Salvadore was named director of communications. He had served as the sports information director for five years. Tammy Starner Wert was promoted to executive assistant in the division of university relations and athletics. Wert, who previously was the administrative assistant, has worked at the university since 2007.

 

Phoebe Ministries, based in Allentown, promoted three employees. Brynn Buskirk was promoted to vice president, marketing and external relations. She had been regional director of marketing and sales. Buskirk joined Phoebe in 2011 as corporate director of marketing and community relations. Stacey L. Prohaska was promoted to executive director, office of philanthropy. She had been director of institutional advancement. Prohaska previously worked at Circle of Seasons Charter School, Allentown School District Foundation and Muhlenberg College. Emilie Bateman was promoted to director of marketing and community relations. Bateman, who has worked at Phoebe since 2012, was marketing coordinator.

 

The United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley hired three people and promoted an employee. Dawn Fiore was hired as manager, stewardship. Fiore is responsible for the organization’s Tocqueville Society and provides strategy for all donor stewardship and manages Women United. She previously worked with Rodale Inc. Susanna O’Connor was hired as coordinator, resource development. She previously worked at ArtsQuest. Stella Petrocelli was hired as assistant to the president and executive vice president. She previously worked for a for-profit company that organizes and provides fundraising opportunities to nonprofits. Autumn Spencer, who joined the organization’s finance team in 2017, was promoted to accounting manager.
