Sarah Hart Charette, an attorney with Gross McGinley LLP of Allentown, was named co-chair of the executive leadership team for the 2019 March for Babies event benefitting the March of Dimes Foundation Northeastern PA to be held April 28 at Cedar Crest College. Charette and her co-chair, Kate Zayaitz of Lafayette Ambassador Bank of Bethlehem, will champion the goal of raising funds to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
NAI Summit of South Whitehall Township said agent Mike Adams recently represented the tenant, Taylor Northeast, in a multiyear lease transaction for 14,640 square feet of flex space at 7277 William Ave., Allentown. Previously located in Emmaus, Taylor Northeast was looking to expand but remain in the Lehigh Valley. It has additional locations in New York and Maryland.
Jaindl Land Co. of Orefield has completed a five-year lease valued at over $2.5 million with Brenntag Specialties Inc., a global leader in chemical distribution. Brenntag will occupy approximately 25,000 square feet on the fourth floor of 7660 Imperial Way, Upper Macungie Township, after its recent expansion in the building. Tom Skeans, managing director of SVN Imperial in South Whitehall Township represented the landlord, Jaindl Land Co. Matt Devine, principal of Vista Realty Partners of Malvern, represented Brenntag.
Planet Fitness recently opened an 18,000-square-foot fitness center at 1740 Stefko Blvd. in Bethlehem. Planet Fitness was represented by Wendy Karopoulos of Hanna Frederick Commercial of South Whitehall Township. The landlord was represented by Jon Kieserman of CBRE in Upper Macungie Township.
