Penn Community Bank, headquartered in Perkasie, promoted two employees.

Georgann Berger McKenna was promoted to executive vice president, chief human resources officer. McKenna had been a senior vice president in human resources. She has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, training, sales and marketing in banking and real estate. Dexter Lederer was promoted to vice president, real estate relationship manager II on the commercial lending team.

Gross McGinley LLP in Allentown hired Nicholas Sandercock as an attorney in the litigation department, where he assists the medical malpractice defense team and commercial litigation clients. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a large Philadelphia law firm and was a summer intern at Gross McGinley. Sandercock graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2017 and the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. He earned an associate degree from Lehigh County Community College in 2012.

Rob Perillo joined Klunk & Millan Advertising in South Whitehall Township as executive creative director. Prior to joining the firm, Perillo served as executive creative director at Grey Worldwide, where he worked on national brands, including Febreze, which won numerous international advertising campaign awards.

The Allentown Symphony Association hired Al Jacobsen as executive director. Jacobsen has worked most of his 12 years in arts administration at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. He also held positions at the Westchester (N.Y.) Philharmonic and the Anderson Center for Performing Arts. Jacobsen will begin his new position in October.

Linda Furnari-Rose has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Realtors in Lower Macungie Township as the Allentown sales office leader. Furnari-Rose, who has been licensed since 1984, recently worked at Weichert Randolph. She has trained and hired more than 350 agents.

ShopRite in Bethlehem Township hired Morgan Laugier as a registered dietitian. She will lead culinary workshops designed to teach children and adults about healthy eating.

The Alpha Center for Divorce Mediation, headquartered in Philadelphia, hired Greg A. Hubbard as an attorney-mediator who will lead its offices in Doylestown, Newtown, Willow Grove and Philadelphia.

Well of Life Center in Bethlehem hired Owen McPeake, where he practices acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
