Luke R. Cunningham, president of West Side Hammer Electric Inc. in Bethlehem, was selected as a fellow to the Academy of Electrical Contracting, an honor established by the National Electrical Contractors Association. Cunningham joins 14 other industry professionals from across the country, all of whom will be inducted into the academy on Sept. 30.
John F. Gross, a partner with Gross McGinley LLP in Allentown, was reappointed to the Allentown Commercial and Industrial Development Authority by Allentown City Council and will serve as chair. ACIDA provides financing for industrial development bonds, SBA loans and other economic development programs in the city.
Dr. Robert Dolansky of St. Luke’s University Health Network in Fountain Hill, has been named to the American Osteopathic Association board of trustees. Dolansky is a board-certified family medicine physician. He opened the St. Luke’s Care Now in Allentown and went on to become the network medical director for Urgent Care Services, where he helps to open new Care Now walk-in centers across the region.
Ondra-Huyett Associates of Upper Macungie Township was recognized by Associated Builders and Contractors as a platinum Safety Training Evaluation Process awardee. Established in 1989, the STEP program benefits include an organized approach for analyzing and developing safety and loss prevention programs; a valid, objective method for measuring safety program improvement; and a safety performance recognition.
Jay Haines of NAI Summit in South Whitehall Township represented the tenant, Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit 21, in a lease transaction for a 1,500-square-foot office suite at 856 Interchange Road, Lehighton. It will be used as an additional educational site. Haines also represented the tenant, Revolution Styling Factory, in a lease transaction for an 880-square-foot office suite at 3690 Lehigh St., Whitehall Township. It will be used as CJO LLC’s new hair salon.
