Barbara L. Hollenbach, a member of law firm Norris McLaughlin & Marcus PA of Allentown, has been recertified for another five years as a specialist in workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Her recertification is effective through June 30, 2023.
First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union based in Hanover Township, Northampton County, said Tricia Szurgot, chief marketing and experience officer, was named 2018 Professional of the Year by the National Association of Federally Insured Credit Unions in the large credit union category. She was honored at the organization’s 51st annual conference in Seattle.
Lee Klingaman bought a historic property at 15 S. Main St., Nazareth, where she started Willow Settlement Services. The building, which includes her first-floor office and two apartments, is on the National Historic Register as being the first residential home in Nazareth. The purchase price was $350,000. Jeff Barber of Lehigh Financial Group LLC in Allentown arranged financing for Klingaman. Jim Thorpe Neighborhood Bank funded the loan.
SVN | Imperial Realty of South Whitehall Township was involved in the online auction sale of 95 Highland Ave., a 72,923-square-foot office building in Bethlehem. Tom Skeans represented the seller of the property while DLP Realty of Bethlehem represented the buyer. The sale price for the property was $6.15 million.
