MAM Software Inc. of Blue Bell, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAM Software Group Inc., said that that Maryland-based Bay Area Tire & Service has decided to implement MAM Software’s VAST, a point-of-sale and business management software for single and multilocation tire and auto service dealers.


RKL Wealth Management LLC of Wyomissing, a subsidiary of RKL LLP, said Judson S. Meinhart has earned the Certified Financial Planner credential, a nationally recognized standard for professional, ethical and experienced client engagement. Meinhart compiled hands-on professional experience in wealth management and financial planning, completed an educational curriculum, which covered tax strategy, retirement planning, investment management and estate planning, and passed an examination.


The directors of Mauch Chunk Trust Financial Corp. of Jim Thorpe declared a regular dividend of 22 cents per share payable June 29 to shareholders of record June 1.

Mike Adams of NAI Summit in South Whitehall Township represented the owner, J.G. Petrucci, in the multiyear lease transaction with MEI for 10,500 square feet of warehouse space at 7042 Snowdrift Road in Upper Macungie Township. This is a newly constructed 21,000-square-foot industrial building. 

Cindy McDonnell Feinberg of Feinberg Real Estate Advisors LLC in South Whitehall Township represented the seller, Evy I. Cloonan, in the $1.9 million sale of the properties at 1146 S. Cedar Crest and 1148 S. Cedar Crest Boulevard, a 17,277-square-foot office building and 3,562-square-foot office building in Salisbury Township. The buyer, Yasin N. Khan No. 2 LLC, was represented by Phil Schenkel of Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage LLC, Bethlehem.
