The board of directors of the National Museum of Industrial History in Bethlehem voted in two members, including Russ Smith, a senior attorney and data privacy manager at Lutron Electronics in Upper Saucon Township.
The Allentown School District Foundation appointed three members to its board of directors. They are Joshua P. Dodd, a senior vice president and senior relationship manager at Univest Bank and Trust Co.; Peter J. Kareha, vice president and employee benefits consultant of BB&T Insurance Services; and Ralph S. Todd, a retired Allentown School District administrator.
