Mark Wallace was promoted to general manager of Santander Arena in Reading.
Wallace has worked for the arena and the Santander Performing Arts Center for 11 years, the last four as vice president for corporate sales and sponsorships for the arena and the Reading Royals.
Jim Higgins joined Provident Bank’s Lehigh Valley regional office as senior vice president, relationship manager/team leader in the bank’s commercial lending division. He is responsible for working with local companies in the Lehigh Valley and western New Jersey markets. Higgins, who has more than 25 years of experience in commercial lending, has worked at Sun National Bank, Susquehanna Bank, Bank of America and PNC.
Sanjay Khindri joined Youngs Advisory Group’s Lower Saucon Township office as the chief investment officer and senior manager. He brings 10 years of experience in investment management, primarily with a hedge fund. Khindri will lead the firm’s investment research and play a key role in the investment committee.
Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization Inc. appointed Dr. Nina M. Taggart as senior medical director of accountable care. A physician executive with extensive clinical and payer relations experience, Taggart will oversee accountability for clinical and financial risk in LVPHO’s value-based care reimbursement contracts with national insurance providers. She is an ophthalmologist at Eye Care Specialists of Northeastern Pennsylvania and is the physician administrator at Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Center for Connected Care & Innovation. Taggart previously worked at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania and AllOne Health Management Solutions.

Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley appointed Jessica Elliott as executive director. Elliott, a longtime staff member, has held a variety of positions at Habitat. She previously worked at Landis Community Outreach Center, Safe Harbor, StreetSense and Via of the Lehigh Valley.
