Mark Wallace was promoted to general manager of Santander Arena in Reading.

Wallace has worked for the arena and the Santander Performing Arts Center for 11 years, the last four as vice president for corporate sales and sponsorships for the arena and the Reading Royals.

Jim Higgins joined Provident Bank’s Lehigh Valley regional office as senior vice president, relationship manager/team leader in the bank’s commercial lending division. He is responsible for working with local companies in the Lehigh Valley and western New Jersey markets. Higgins, who has more than 25 years of experience in commercial lending, has worked at Sun National Bank, Susquehanna Bank, Bank of America and PNC.

Sanjay Khindri joined Youngs Advisory Group’s Lower Saucon Township office as the chief investment officer and senior manager. He brings 10 years of experience in investment management, primarily with a hedge fund. Khindri will lead the firm’s investment research and play a key role in the investment committee.

Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization Inc. appointed Dr. Nina M. Taggart as senior medical director of accountable care. A physician executive with extensive clinical and payer relations experience, Taggart will oversee accountability for clinical and financial risk in LVPHO’s value-based care reimbursement contracts with national insurance providers. She is an ophthalmologist at Eye Care Specialists of Northeastern Pennsylvania and is the physician administrator at Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Center for Connected Care & Innovation. Taggart previously worked at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania and AllOne Health Management Solutions.

Jamie Galicki was hired as a human resources generalist at myHR Partner Inc. in South Whitehall Township. Galicki previously worked in human resources at PetSmart.

Cedar Crest College in Allentown promoted seven faculty members. Sandra Axt and Rebecca Seaman were promoted to senior instructor of nursing. Christine Lombardo-Zaun was promoted to associate professor of business and awarded tenure. Mae Ann Pasquale was promoted to associate professor of nursing. Thomas Brettell was promoted to professor of forensic science. Wendy Robb was promoted to professor of nursing. Martine Scannavino was promoted to professor of nutrition.

Cheyenne Bennett was hired as leadership and talent coach of Compass Point Consulting LLC, Hanover Township, Northampton County, focusing on family businesses.

Populytics Inc. based in Allentown made the following promotions and hires: Linda Fenstermaker was hired as clinical health coach on the company’s BeneFIT team. She previously worked at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. Linda Posivak-Khouly was hired as a health educator/strategic wellness consultant on the BeneFIT team. Neil Emery was promoted to lead business intelligence architect. He has worked for Lehigh Valley Health Network for 11 years and Populytics since 2013. Stephanie Gale was hired as senior payer analytics analyst. She previously worked at Selective Insurance and MetLife Insurance. Akash Sheth was promoted to health care data analyst. Jim Shull was promoted to lead health care data analyst. Ryan Miguel was promoted to manager of infrastructure and development. Paul Wolf was hired as a technical support specialist with the information technology team.

Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley appointed Jessica Elliott as executive director. Elliott, a longtime staff member, has held a variety of positions at Habitat. She previously worked at Landis Community Outreach Center, Safe Harbor, StreetSense and Via of the Lehigh Valley.

Keystone Opportunity Center in Souderton hired two employees. Malcolm P. Friend was hired as director of resource development. Friend, who has 15 years of nonprofit experience, recently led the efforts of Mothers Against Drunk Driving across Pennsylvania and was a national director with the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America. Alan M. Raisman was hired as manager of advancement. He previously worked for the Lehigh Valley Zoo, Wildlands Conservancy and Civic Theatre of Allentown.
