City Center Investment Corp. has announced two new companies leasing space in Tower 6, its Class A office and retail building at Sixth and Hamilton Streets in Allentown.

NJR Energy Services and fedRFP have signed leases for the building, which is currently in its final stages of construction and is expected to open this month.

NJR Energy Services, a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources of Wall, N.J., formed the Allentown unit when the company purchased Talen Energy’s natural gas trading business in August 2017.

fedRFP is a provider of turnkey solutions for companies looking to increase their business in the federal market.

NJRES will move in by the end of April.

fedRFP plans to move into the building in October.

Both will be on the third floor.

Tower 6 is a 12-story, 145,000-square-foot building. Merrill Lynch, Avantor, Talen, CAPTRUST and CrossAmerica Partners were previously announced as future Tower 6 tenants.
