The Easton Public Market added its newest vendor Friday with Eight Oaks Craft Distillers, a farm-to-bottle spirits maker based in Lynn Township.

Easton Public Market is the company’s first Northampton County location.

The company also sells spirits at Reading Terminal Market, Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market, Broad Street Market in Harrisburg and several other farmers markets throughout eastern Pennsylvania, according to a news release.

As a distiller with a seed-to-glass philosophy, the company grows the grains used in its signature spirits on its Lehigh County farmland. The distillery offers small-batch craft spirits, including American Vodka, American Gin and Colonial Rum.

The Eight Oaks bottle shop is between the Highmark Farmstand and Mister Lee’s Noodles at the market. Customers can sample spirits, learn about Eight Oaks products and buy bottles.

Eight Oaks also has a tasting room and shop inside the Eight Oaks distillery in Lynn Township.
