Sustainable Energy Fund of Lower Macungie Township announced the addition of Brandi Snyder, Mark Francello and Larry Eighmy to its board of directors. Snyder is general manager of the Wyomissing Chili’s Restaurant franchise. Francello is retired from PPL EnergyPlus LLC in Allentown. Eighmy is a founder and managing principal of The Stone House Group in Bethlehem.

Certifications

Easton Hospital in Wilson said its vascular lab recently was granted a three-year term of accreditation by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission in Vascular Testing in the areas of peripheral arterial testing, visceral vascular testing, extracranial cerebrovascular testing and peripheral venous testing. IAC accreditation is a seal of approval that patients can rely on as an indicator of consistent quality care and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Honors

BeneFIT Corporate Wellness of South Whitehall Township, the workplace health and wellness arm of Populytics Inc. of Allentown, has been selected by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing to receive the 2017 Outstanding Service & Leadership Award in the organizational/employer category. The award recognizes exemplary commitment to the advancement of the health education profession.

Markward Group of Upper Macungie Township was involved in the recent sale of a 4,051-square-foot retail building and liquor license, formerly the 6 Pack Shop at 1635 Broadway, in Bethlehem. Chip Miers and Ann Kline represented the seller, Noosh Inc., and the buyer, Mariam’s Restaurant LLC Marian’s Restaurant. Mariam’s has remodeled the inside of the building and plans to reopen as a six-pack shop.

Mike Adams of NAI Summit in South Whitehall Township represented the buyer, APR Packaging USA, and the owner, J2 Properties LLC, in the sale transaction for 51 Hilton St.  in Easton. NAI Adams also represented the owner in the sale of 420 Allentown Drive in Allentown. The buyer, Monroe County Milk Producers, plan to use this location to warehouse and distribute milk. Adams also represented the owner of Riverside Business Center in Whitehall in the lease renewal with Pennsylvania Steel for 75,000 square feet of warehouse space. NAI Summit’s Matt Dorman represented the Landlord of 81 Highland Ave. in Bethlehem in a long=term lease with Janney Montgomery Scott, a full-service financial services firm.
