Brady is a shareholder and Desiderio a manager at Concannon Miller, a Bethlehem-based Certified Public Accounting and business consulting firm. Mike Adams of NAI Summit in South Whitehall Township represented the owner of 7377 William Ave., Allentown, in leasing 13,000 square feet to Associated Production Services. Headquartered in Trevose, APS now will have two locations in the Lehigh Valley. APS is a total service contract packager staffed predominantly by developmentally disabled adults as well as temporary labor. Adams also represented the owner of Winside Industrial Park in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, in the lease transaction with Vizinex RFID for 5,500 square feet of industrial space.
The Easton Main Street Initiative plans to move from 35 S. Third St. to the offices above the Easton Public Market at 325 Northampton St. in the city by mid-March. The move will put the office under the same roof as the public Market, Easton Farmers Market, Bacon Fest and The Easton Ambassadors.
