Easton Hospital hired Dr. Lisa Esolen as chief medical officer where she will direct nearly 400 physicians and provide guidance on issues such as health care quality, patient safety, infection prevention, data analytics and new care delivery.

 Esolen previously worked at Geisinger Health System for 11 years and held several leadership positions, including recently as assistant chief quality officer. She is a fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America.

M. Joseph Clement was elected to partner at Wisler Pearlstine LLP in Blue Bell. Clement’s practice is concentrated in municipal law, zoning, land development, business law, intellectual property and civil litigation.

Adel Mikhael joined Provident Bank as vice president, market manager for the Lehigh Valley/western New Jersey market. Mikhael, who oversees Provident’s Bethlehem and Phillipsburg, N.J., branches, is responsible for building a referral network of accounting firms, law firms and trade associations. He previously worked at PNC Bank, Santander Bank and HSBC Bank.

One Financial Services named Robert Pretopapa as a member/partner at the firm, which has offices in South Whitehall Township and Bethlehem Township. Pretopapa, a Certified Financial Planner, has been a wealth adviser with the firm for 10 years.

Barry Isett & Associates based in Upper Macungie Township hired two employees. Charles Niclaus was hired as senior project engineer in the project management and construction services and municipal engineering departments. Niclaus’ 40-year career includes 20 years as the founder of Niclaus Engineering, which focused on municipal, industrial and commercial design projects. Stanley Wojciechowski joined the firm as a senior project manager in the municipal engineering department. He previously worked at The Pidcock Co.

Carroll Engineering Corp. based in Warrington elected Thomas A. Gockowski, Professional Engineer, as president. Gockowski had been executive vice president since 2003.

The Neffs National Bank hired Richard Kistner as a retail lender. Kistner has more than 20 years of banking and lending experience. He previously worked at Mauch Chunk Trust Co. and Gold Credit Union.

St. Luke’s OB/GYN A Woman’s Place in Bethlehem hired Raquel Nunez as a nurse practitioner. Nunez is a former U.S. Army Reserves officer with experience in family practice, emergency medicine and women’s health.

St. Luke’s University Health Network’s Pennsburg Family Practice hired Karen Snyder as a nurse practitioner. Snyder has worked as a registered nurse for more than 25 years at St. Luke’s Hospital-Quakertown Campus, much of it in the emergency room. Snyder earned a master’s in nursing from Moravian College in 2015 and a post master’s certificate from Drexel University in 2017.

Tompkins Insurance Agencies based in Wyomissing promoted four employees and hired two. Steve Brunner was promoted to senior vice president, account executive. Brunner has worked for Tompkins for 20 years. Sam Harter, who has worked for Tompkins for 23 years, was promoted to senior vice president, account executive. Kevin Schopf was named assistant vice president, underwriting consultant. He has worked for the company for four years. Lynne Titus was named assistant vice president, client manager II. Titus has worked for the company for 13 years. Charles McDonald was hired as an account executive in the commercial lines division in the Blue Bell office. He previously worked at Levin Group Inc. Meg McGinn joined the firm as an account executive in the employee benefits division in the Blue Bell office. McGinn, who has more than 17 years of experience, previously owned Osprey Health LLC.

Altitude Marketing based in Emmaus hired Casey Dunleavy as manager, digital marketing. Dunleavy previously worked at SearchworkxX.

Karen Krier was promoted to vice president, branch manager II at QNB’s Perkasie office. Krier, who has been with QNB for 30 years, previously was assistant vice president, branch manager II at the Perkasie office.

The TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce in Pottstown hired Tarra James as events and marketing director. James, who has more than eight years of experience, previously worked at Walt Disney World Resort, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and the Orange County Convention Center.

Woodmont Properties based in Upper Macungie Township promoted two employees. Stephanie Smith was promoted to regional community manager of several Woodmont communities in New Jersey. Smith, who joined the company in 2015, previously was community manager at Woodmont Ridge Upper Macungie. Jillian Porzio was promoted to community manager at Woodmont Ridge at Upper Macungie. Porzio joined the company in 2016 and was a leasing professional and assistant community manager.

Valley National Financial Advisors hired two people at its headquarters in Hanover Township, Northampton County. Stefany Keiser joined the firm as an administrative assistant. Keiser previously worked at the Manhattan Club for 17 years. Ashley Santiago was hired as human resources director. Santiago has nine years of experience and recently worked at Via of the Lehigh Valley.
