Keith Aleardi joined Fulton Financial Advisors in 2011. He has over 25 years of financial industry experience focusing primarily on the investment management of individual and institutional investment portfolios. He is responsible for leading the investment organization by setting overall investment policy, establishing client portfolio management guidelines and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive investment solutions within Fulton Financial Advisors’ disciplined, client centric approach to wealth management.
Prior to joining Fulton Financial Advisors, Keith was Senior Vice President and Director of Investments for the New Jersey, New York and Connecticut market of PNC Wealth Management and was responsible for investment leadership of the $3 billion in investment assets across the region. Keith has also held positions with Deutsche Asset Management as vice president of Institutional Sales, at SEI Investments as a regional manager and at Investors Trust Company as a business development officer.
Keith received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ursinus College and holds a Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance Management from Boston University. He also holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Financial Analyst Society of Philadelphia.
Joseph A. Fitzpatrick, Jr. is a founding member and shareholder of the Firm and is recognized as one of Eastern Pennsylvania’s premier land use and development attorneys. In addition to land use and development, Mr. Fitzpatrick’s practice includes real estate, zoning and subdivision, commercial transactions, and general business representation. He has led clients’ development teams in advancing major commercial, industrial and residential projects including large regional corporate centers, office parks, retail and lifestyle centers, delivery and fulfillment operations, quarry and materials facilities, manufacturing communications installations and warehousing and distribution centers. Mr. Fitzpatrick handles the permitting and development of single family home subdivisions, condominiums, and multifamily housing. He represents private interests regarding claims, negotiations and entitlements matters with governmental agencies at the federal, state and local levels, and actively represents land owners in eminent domain situations.
Throughout his 30+ year career, Mr. Fitzpatrick has represented, negotiated and obtained approvals for many major development projects throughout the Lehigh Valley and Eastern Pennsylvania. Noteworthy ventures include representing development of national developer’s multi-use, 500 acre project at Lehigh Valley International Airport; represented the permitting, development and build-out of the 1,800 acre Stabler Corporate Center; representing developers of multiple high-end retail and shopping facilities, including The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley lifestyle center, Wegmans Food Markets, and “big box” national retailers
Mr. Fitzpatrick serves on the Board of Directors for Team Pennsylvania Foundation, a bipartisan, public-private sector organization, co-chaired by the Governor, which endeavors to enhance economic development, technology and manufacturing opportunities, and job creation in Pennsylvania. He is a Trustee of the philanthropic Donald B. and Dorothy L. Stabler Foundation. His professional experience and leadership on major project teams has created a strong network of relationships, enhancing the ability of Mr. Fitzpatrick and the Firm to deal successfully with governmental and municipal bodies, elected and appointed officials, business leaders and real estate and development professionals.
Michael Alderman is Vice President and Market Officer Pennsylvania of Liberty’s 26 million square foot Lehigh Valley/Central Pennsylvania portfolio. Mr. Alderman oversees a dedicated industrial team providing a range of services throughout the Lehigh Valley, Central Pennsylvania and Hagerstown, Maryland sub-markets including property management, leasing, sales, capital markets, development and site selection.
Prior to joining Liberty in 2012, Mike was senior vice president of the Industrial Services Group at JLL, a real estate consultancy. Prior to JLL, he was chief operating officer at The Union Deposit Corporation, a private real estate organization with an operating history dating to America’s Colonial period. He also served as a partner at Dermody Properties/DP Partners where he was responsible for its portfolio in the eastern region of the United States.
Mike is active in several industry trade associations and charitable organizations. He and his wife, Debbie, live in Allentown with their four children.
Becky Bradley has over 17 years of experience in city, regional, economic development, historic preservation, and transportation planning, including significant implementation experience in small town revitalization, roadway re-design, and trail construction. She has been the Executive Director of the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission (LVPC) since August 2013 and is leading a $3.3 billion regional transportation planning program, as well as balancing the needs of the Lehigh Valley’s rapidly growing population through this organization’s county planning responsibilities.
Prior to joining LVPC, Bradley was the Director of Planning, Codes and Development at the City of Easton, where she was instrumental in the over $500 million revitalization of the community, including the addition of the Lehigh Valley’s first sculpture trail, the state’s first road diet and the opening of over 60 restaurants and shops. She authored a comprehensive smart development code, which included the nation’s first floodplain ordinance to regulate the FEMA-defined 100- and 500-year floodplains equally. She also established and then implemented this City’s Historic District Commission. Her efforts led to her earning the 2009 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania Commonwealth Special Jury Award.
She holds a Bachelor of Science, Historic Preservation from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of City Planning from University of Pennsylvania.
J.B. Reilly is president of City Center Investment Corporation (CCIC), a real estate development and property management company in downtown Allentown. Formed in 2011, CCIC has developed more than 1.4 million square feet of mixed-use space and is leading the city’s real estate revitalization.
Reilly has more than 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development, urban redevelopment, property management, finance management and law. His career includes the development of more than $1 billion in real estate assets, including apartment complexes, lifestyle communities, office towers, a full-service hotel and historic renovations. He is a founding partner of Landmark Communities, a portfolio of semi-luxury apartment complexes, Traditions of America, award-winning 50+ communities nationwide, and Traditions Capital, an investment fund providing capital to U.S. homebuilders.
Reilly serves on the board of directors of both CrossAmerica Partners (NYSE: CAPL) and M-SPEX, LLC. He has been trustee of Lafayette College since 2008. Reilly has been active in and honored by various business, economic development and charitable organizations in the Lehigh Valley for more than 30 years.
Reilly earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Lafayette College and received his juris doctor degree from Fordham University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Doug Frederick is Broker/Owner of the Howard Hanna The Frederick Group.
Doug is a well qualified Real Estate agent with his GRI, CRB designations. He has a wide range of experience in Residential Sales, Commercial and Industrial Sales, Office Leasing, Investment Properties and Land Development, New Home Sales, and Land Sales.
Prior to starting his real estate career he was a carpenter for commercial and residential contractors in the Lehigh Valley. Doug is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a BS in Aeronautical Science
Doug is no stranger to the Real Estate Industry. Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and has spent more than 35 years in the real estate business. Doug was first licensed as a Realtor in 1981 and obtained his Broker’s license in 1984. Doug’s career has been as a fulltime sales agent, manager and now owner of a family owned and operated business that was founded in 1969.
Doug is strongly involved with a diverse range of organizations, including a member of the National Association of Realtors attending many conventions since 1987; Lehigh County Board of Realtor, past Director; Greater Reading Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania Board of Realtors and Employee Relocation Council.
Outside of Real Estate, he enjoys flying airplanes, playing golf, scuba diving, working out and running.
Peter Polt serves as Executive Vice President for J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. In his role, he is responsible for the company’s acquisition and development activities in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Peter possess over 15 years of turnkey real estate development experience managing over $500MM worth of transactions and investments for a wide array of real estate asset classes. As an Executive Vice President, Peter is responsible for all aspects of the real estate development process including site selection, acquisition and disposition, strategic and financial planning, investment analysis, lease and contract negotiations, land development approvals, construction management, business development and community relations.
Peter previously worked for CBRE, Inc. directing the company’s industrial project management platform in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. Peter also has served as a project manager for Pennoni Associates Inc. in their Geotechnical Engineering Division. Peter received his B.S., with honors, in Geology from Hobart College and obtained his MBA in Finance from Lehigh University.
