Off The Clock: Tompkins VIST donates $22K for seniors program
Tompkins VIST Bank is donating $22,500 over three years to sponsor Berks Encore’s BE2U mobile program. BE2U supports the use of two vehicles to deliver meals as well as programs on healthy eating, Medicare counseling, financial literacy and other topics to seniors in the outlying areas of Berks County. RCN Lehigh Valley donated 300 items to the Children’s Home of Easton as part of its sixth annual employee sporting goods drive. Donated goods included footballs, volleyballs, hula hoops, gardening supplies and more. Included in the photo are, from the Children’s Home of Easton, Anita Paukovits and Mike Miskevish and, from RCN, Vikkie Harris, Meghan Burke, Kristin Vitovitch, Gino Mercadante and Bryan Jung.
