UGI Corp. of Wyomissing declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable April 1 to shareholders of record March 1.
Tompkins Financial Corp., parent company of Tompkins VIST Bank of Wyomissing, approved payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend of 48 cents per share, payable Feb. 15 to common shareholders of record Feb. 6.
American Bank Inc. of South Whitehall Township, the parent company of American Bank, declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share of common stock to shareholders of record March 15 and payable April 2.
The Lehigh Valley Community Foundation and BB&T announced $115,000 in grants to five Lehigh Valley arts organizations from the BB&T Economic Growth Fund at the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation. The donations will support capital improvements and programs at the area nonprofits. In conjunction with the BB&T/National Penn merger in 2016, $5 million were donated to two local foundations with the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation receiving $2.5 million to establish the BB&T Economic Growth Fund. The fund awards grants to initiatives that will improve the standard of living and economic health of the Lehigh Valley through business attraction and incubation, industrial growth and creation of sustainable wage jobs.
