The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance appointed Sara (Sally) Stewart as its first chief financial officer.

Stewart previously was principal in RKL’s audit services group, where she focused on the nonprofit and governmental sectors. She is a Certified Financial Planner with more than 20 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.

KingSpry in Bethlehem named Keely Jac Collins as a partner in the law firm. Collins’ practice is focused on employment, education and municipal law. She is a frequent speaker and an author on topics that affect private and public sector employers of all sizes.

Daniel P. Rowley joined Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein in Blue Bell as an attorney in its land use, zoning and development department. Rowley previously worked at Margolis Edelstein.

Catherine A. Curcio was named a member of Norris McLauglin & Marcus in its Allentown office. Curcio, who had been an associate attorney since 2012, works in all areas of family law and residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Dr. Rammurti McKenzie joined St. Luke’s Spine & Pain Associates in Tamaqua and Lehighton. McKenzie, who previously worked in New Jersey, helps patients manage pain in the back, neck and spine. He also treats patients who have pain from back surgeries, including spinal fusion. McKenzie earned a medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed a pain fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University.

United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley promoted two people. Ray Santiago was promoted to senior relationship manager. Santiago has been a member of the workplace campaign team since 2015. Zandra Whalan was promoted to director, marketing and design. Whelan has been a member of the marketing team since 2011.

Lehigh University hired Jason Schiffer as chief of police. Schiffer previously was an attorney at Cohen, Feely, Altemose & Rambo in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County, and chief of the Bethlehem Police Department.

IT Landes Co. in Harleysville, a division of HB Global LLC in Harrisburg, hired Mike Snyder as safety director. Snyder previously was director of human resources for HB McClure Co., a division of HB Global.

Laboratory Testing Inc. in Hatfield promoted Chris Mecleary to business development manager. Mecleary had been an inside sales representative since 2014.

KSA&D in Salisbury Township hired Cris Stauter as a web developer.
