The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, appointed Frank Facchiano to its board of governors. He will represent Lehigh County, replacing John Crampsie, who died in August. Facchiano is chief operating officer and executive vice president of member relations for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce

Toll Brothers Inc., a Horsham-based builder of luxury homes, approved a quarterly cash dividend of 8 cents per share to be paid Oct. 27 to shareholders of record Oct. 13.


Lehigh Carbon Community College in Schnecksville said its Early Learning Center has been awarded the highest four-star rating through the Keystone STARS initiative through the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning. Real Estate

Sarah Finney of NAI Summit in South Whitehall Township represented the tenant, Fast Signs, in the long-term lease of about 3,500 square feet of retail space in Palmer Township. Because of its need to expand, Fast Signs plans to move from Easton to its new location by the end of the year.
