Herbein + Co. Inc., based in Wyomissing, announced the promotion of four to partner.

 Josh A. Pollet, Certified Public Accountant, joined the audit department in 2005 and manages the audits of several of the firm’s largest clients. He works primarily within the dairy, food, cooperatives and manufacturing industries. Craig A. Mengel, CPA, specializes in working with owners of privately held businesses, with an emphasis on construction, manufacturing and distribution, and business services. Randall C. Raifsnider, of the management advisory services group, has experience in many industries including food and agricultural, manufacturing, services and entertainment. David F. Cordier, CPA, is manager of the Allison Park office. He joined Herbein in 2003 and was named senior manager in 2011.

Peoples Security Bank & Trust announced seven hires and promotions at its Emrick Boulevard office in Bethlehem Township and City Line Road office in Bethlehem. Jeffrey A. Drobins was promoted to senior vice president, Lehigh Valley commercial division manager, where he oversees the bank’s growth strategy and the management of its commercial lending group in the Lehigh Valley. Khristopher Gefroh was hired as vice president, commercial lending. He has 20 years of financial services experience, most recently at National Penn Bancshares. Danielle R. Kulnis was hired as vice president, private banking. Kulnis previously worked at BBT/National Penn. Jane Amato was hired as vice president, commercial lending. Amato brings 20 years of experience in retail and commercial banking. She previously worked at BB&T.

Gary E. Maurer was hired as vice president, commercial loan officer. Maurer has 35 years of banking industry experience and recently worked at Lafayette Ambassador Bank. Stephen M. Perun was promoted to assistant vice president, commercial lending. Perun previously was a portfolio manager in the commercial lending department. Edna Lewis was hired as an assistant branch manager. Lewis has 17 years of financial experience, previously working at Baker Federal Credit Union and Provident Bank.

Valley National Financial Advisors based in Hanover Township, Northampton County, promoted Jaclyn M. Cornelius, Certified Financial Planner, to vice president. Cornelius is a financial adviser in the firm’s headquarters, where she has worked for 10 years.

RKL LLP, based in Lancaster, promoted three people in its Wyomissing office. Stephanie E. Kane, Certified Public Accountant, was promoted to manager in the tax services group. Kane provides tax planning and compliance services to a wide variety of industries, with a focus on nonprofits. She joined the firm in 2007. Kyle L. Weller, CPA, was promoted to manager in the tax services group. Thomas D. Reardon, Certified Financial Planner, was promoted to senior wealth adviser.

IT Landes LLC in Harleysville hired one person and promoted several others at the company and its HB McClure LLC divisions. Tom Whalen was hired as chief financial officer. Whalen, who has 22 years of executive-level financial management experience, recently worked at Easton Corp. Eric Crawford was promoted to chief operating officer. He had been vice president, residential development. Jim Saussaman was promoted to division president of HB McClure from vice president, construction. Kerrin Musselman was promoted to division president of IT Landes from senior vice president and general manager. Kyle Seaman was promoted to senior vice president of corporate development. He had been senior vice president, development and acquisitions. Melissa Ural was promoted to vice president of human resources from regional human resources director. Brandy Shope was promoted to vice president of corporate communications from corporate director of human resources.

St. Luke’s Northern Valley Primary Care, which has offices in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, Bath and Northampton, hired two people. Dr. Tony Ohanian practices internal medicine. He completed his residency at St. Luke’s. Ohanian graduated from Moravian College and the American University of Antigua College of Medicine in New York City. Ashleigh Lara Crozier was hired as physician assistant. She previously worked at Northampton Internal Medicine and Geriatrics for nearly a decade.

Dunlap & Associates PC, based in Chalfont, promoted two people. Stephanie Krupp was promoted to manager in the accounting services department. Susan M. Gibble was promoted to manager in the audit services department.

Ashley Zepp and Jennifer Fronheiser were hired as associate designers at DesignPoint in Hanover Township, Northampton County. Zepp has a background in commercial design, specializing in corporate and health care projects. Fronheiser, who earned a bachelor’s in interior design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, interned at DesignPoint.

Egan Sign in Wyomissing promoted Allison Snyder to project manager. Snyder joined the company in 2015 as a project coordinator.

Sustainable Energy Fund in Schnecksville made two hires and a promotion. Megan Jones was hired as the Harrisburg business development specialist. She is part of the finance group which uses commercial loans, energy savings agreements and power purchase agreements to help energy users implement energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Jones has more than a decade of experience in finance and insurance. Angeliese Bieling was hired as administrative assistant, where she provides administrative services while working to support the finance and education programs. Bieling previously worked at World of Wonder Childcare and Preschool and in estate management. Kristen Sehn was promoted to marketing coordinator. She had been administrative assistant.
