A graduate of Lehigh University's Masters of Education program, the majority of Terri's career has been spent in adult and workforce education. She began her career with LCCC as an Instructor/Coordinator at Lucent Technologies, where she facilitated training and education in the micro-electronics industry.
Terri then served as Director and Executive Director of the Workforce and Community Education department at the college, overseeing initiatives to address specialized training for incumbent workers.
As dean, Terri has had a leadership role in recent initiatives through the U.S. Department of Labor to develop programming in advanced manufacturing with a focus on career pathways and expedited delivery of training. Key manufacturing technology programs in Terri's department include Production Technician, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Technician, Mechatronics , Robotics and PLCs - all resulting in stackable credentials that articulate into advanced standing in degree programming.
