Tompkins VIST Bank of Wyomissing launched a new product called Lightning Loans, a fast turnaround loan program for small-business customers. Lighting Loans features a streamlined online application that allows customers to quickly apply for a loan and receive a decision in days or sooner.
The law firm of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus PA in Allentown said that R. Nicholas Nanovic, a member of the firm, is newly certified as an Accredited Estate Planner designee by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. Nanovic focuses on taxation, estate planning and administration and business law.
Miller-Keystone Blood Center recognized 20 area businesses and organizations for their commitment to the health and welfare of the community through blood drive sponsorship. Among the companies honored were East Penn Manufacturing, which donated 962 units; Lehigh Valley Health Network, which donated 943 units; Amazon.com, which donated 428 units; Air Products and Chemicals, which donated 399 units; and Schneider Electric, which donated 291 Units.

Barron’s annual ranking of top financial advisers is based on three components: assets managed, revenue produced and quality of practice. MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
Reading Truck Group of Reading closed the acquisition of three upfitting facilities from PalFleet Truck Equipment Co. in Nashville, Tenn., Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Indianapolis. With these additions, the number of Reading Truck Group distribution and upfitting facilities increased to 13 facilities in 11 states.
NAI Summit of South Whitehall Township said principal Frank T. Smith recently represented the tenant, HT Lyons, in the multiyear lease renewal with Liberty Property Trust for its corporate campus at 7165 Ambassador Drive in Upper Macungie Township. H.T. Lyons occupies the entire 122,400- square-foot Class A facility.
