St. Luke’s to be major tenant in $5M medical office building

By ,

St. Luke’s University Health Network will be the primary tenant in a medical office building under construction near Easton.

The estimated $5 million project, which covers 16,000 square feet, should be finished by June, said Bethlehem lawyer and developer Dennis Benner, who is representing land owner Mark Nehoda.

Jim Eck, president of Quadratus Construction Management, is managing the project.

The project, which covers about four acres at Sullivan Trail and Rensselaer Avenue in Forks Township, is near a Walgreens, Cantelmi’s Forks Hardware LLC and Park Plaza, an indoor/outdoor shopping center.

St. Luke’s is leasing 12,000 square feet for medical offices but the specific use has not been determined, said Denise Rader, spokeswoman for St. Luke’s.
