David W. Freeman, president and chief executive officer of QNB Bank in Quakertown, has been elected to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association board of directors. Freeman will represent the State’s Group 2 on the board. Members of the board are senior level officers of PBA member banks.

INFINITT North America of Phillipsburg, a provider of image and information management technologies for health care, announced the release of Dose M 2.0 radiation dose-tracking software. The new version expands the capture of dose data to make dose information accessible as part of the patient record. The new version is expected to increase patient safety by better monitoring radiation dosage levels.

Dividends

Fulton Financial, the parent company of Lafayette Ambassador Bank in Easton, will pay a quarterly cash dividend of 8 cents per share on July 15 to shareholders of record July 1.

Embassy Bancorp Inc. of Bethlehem declared an annual cash dividend of 6 cents per share, payable Oct. 1, to shareholders of record Sept. 2.

Real Estate

Jay Haines of NAI Summit in Allentown represented the owner of 798 Hausman Road in Allentown, Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, in the five- year lease transaction with tenant Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center P.C. The 7,156 square-foot office suite will be the main office for Dr. John G. Brady.

Haines also represented Lehigh County in two multiyear lease transactions for its office building at 638 Hamilton St. in Allentown. MSE Corporate plans to use 2,200 square feet of space as a satellite office for its computer security systems services. Northeast Revenue Service LLC plans to occupy the fourth floor, which consists of 3,075 square feet, as an administrative office.
