N.J. builder completes Bethlehem luxury townhouse project

By ,

A New Jersey builder completed 16 luxury rental units in Bethlehem for East Hills Townhomes, a $2.5 million project.

Larken Associates of Hillsborough, N.J., is doing the finishing touches and plans to have residents moving in by July 15, said Jerrica Mendelson, regional property manager for Larken.

The development is at 1711 Chester Road, Bethlehem, off Linden Street near the Route 191 exit for Route 22.

Rents for East Hills will be $1,699 to $1,949 per month, Mendelson said.

Each townhouse will be two stories, have three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a washer/dryer full appliance package and private oversized garages, plus free off-street parking throughout the development, Mendelson said.

Marshall Sabatini Architects of Bryn Mawr designed the townhouse project, which was financed internally through Larken. Core Associates, Larken’s internal construction firm, built the project.
