QNB Corp. of Quakertown, the parent company of QNB Bank, appointed W. Randall Stauffer to the board of directors of both the company and the bank. Stauffer is president of Stauffer Glove and Safety, a safety equipment distribution company headquartered in Red Hill. He also is a managing member of Stauffer Realty Trust LLC and WR and JR Realty LLC.

Avantor Performance Materials, a global manufacturer and supplier of chemistries based in Center Valley, appointed William E. Redmond Jr. to its board of directors. Redmond has been chief executive officer or director of more than 20 companies, both public and private, spanning various industries, including chemicals, tier-one automotive supply, health care, port/logistics operations, wireless communications and retail.

Dr. Robert Dolansky Jr. of St. Luke’s University Health Network in Bethlehem was sworn in as president of Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, a statewide organization for physicians holding the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. During his one-year term, Dolansky will represent more than 5,000 physicians and 2,000 student physicians throughout the state.

Julie Macomb of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus PA in South Whitehall Township was appointed to the board of directors of the Hamilton District Main Street Program, an initiative of the Allentown Chamber of Commerce, serving on the program’s design committee. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Macomb was a summer associate in 2011 and 2012.

Andrew Stanten, president of Altitude Marketing in Emmaus, will join the advisory board of The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund, a credit supplier to Lehigh Valley small business and community development projects. The fund is a subsidiary of the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools of Doylestown designed and built a concrete pool structure in Hamilton, N.J., for the Northeast Spa & Pool Association at the association’s expanded training center. The structure was built in layers and will be used during training courses for demonstrating the correct way to build a concrete pool.


Univest Corp. of Souderton, parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and its insurance, investments and equipment financing subsidiaries, declared a 20 cents per share quarterly cash dividend for the second quarter of 2014. The dividend will be paid July 1 to shareholders of record June 11.

Gaming and Leisure Properties Inc. of Wyomissing declared a cash dividend of 52 cents per share on common stock for the second quarter of 2014. The dividend will be payable June 27 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 12.
