Construction company sues Pohatcong Township, alleges it wasn't fully paid for work

T.C.I. Construction and Management Co. Inc. says the project started in 2011 required extra work and experienced delays caused when the township pushed costs past its initial $2.56 million bid. Still, the township has failed, or refused, to make payments on the extra costs, the company claims in the suit.
