An expert for a developer who wants to put nearly 500 apartments in Lower Nazareth Township testified tonight the township's zoning laws don't allow for enough apartments in the township.

Bethlehem-based K&S Development Inc. wants to build Stone Post Meadows, a development with about 500 upscale apartments, offices and businesses on 52 acres at Hecktown and Country Club roads.
