Pedestrian friendly streets and 15 foot sidewalks will not seem so attractive once the amount of truck traffic is increased as a result of the change back to two -way traffic.

6 million dollars, 2 million of which are paid for by the taxpayers can create a lot of incentive for public spin on a BAD idea.
