Feinberg Real Estate Advisors LLC of South Whitehall Township and KW Commercial, headquartered in Austin, Texas, entered into a partnership to provide clients and prospects throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley and beyond with national exposure.
The move also gives Feinberg access to global commercial real estate tools and opportunities to collaborate with a team of commercial real estate experts from around the world.
Formed last year, Feinberg Real Estate Advisors LLC specializes in commercial and industrial brokerage, investment sales, development counseling, government relations, real estate law, real estate closings and real estate title insurance.
KW Commercial is the commercial real estate arm of Keller Williams Realty.
Cindy Feinberg, principal, said her firm will remain intact, with no relocation or name change but it will be working with KW Commercial for brokerage services.
“We realized that we have a lot to offer KW Commercial, including help on the brokerage, legal and title side,” Feinberg said. “They have some great tools that we thought would be helpful. We thought it would be a good blending of resources and areas of expertise.”
KW Commercial is ready to put an emphasis on its commercial real estate services, which is where Feinberg can assist.
“It should be a way to help our clients with their projects if they need national exposure,” Feinberg said.
Feinberg said she previously worked with Michael Campo, operating principal for eight Keller Williams offices in Pennsylvania, when the company was looking for offices in Bethlehem and Allentown 10 years ago. Campo said this morning that Feinberg helped the company purchase its Allentown building and its office site at 2901 Emrick Boulevard in Bethlehem several years later.
“Cindy is a top professional, she brings a great reputation and professionalism and expertise in commercial real estate,” Campo said. “KW brings to her more national exposure and a great source for our residential agents to refer commercial business clients to her.”
Feinberg recently served as Lehigh County’s director of Community and Economic Development and helped secure deals for large companies who were locating major operations in Lehigh County, including The Boston Beer Company, Avantor Performance Materials and Ocean Spray.
Gregg Feinberg, principal, has practiced law in the Lehigh Valley for 30 years. He has concentrated his practice in commercial, business and real estate matters. He has been an active real estate developer and has developed more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial space.
“We think what we bring to the table is a strong regional and national platform of resources around the country,” said David Specht, the commercial regional director for KW Commercial’s Greater Pennsylvania region, which includes Pennsylvania, Delaware and Southern New Jersey.
“We think there’s great synergy in the partnership here. Commercial real estate industry tends to be proprietary but in reality there’s a lot of collaborating and partnering that goes on out there.”
