A North Carolina-based firm is the latest to join the tenants of Two City Center in Downtown Allentown, bringing 40 jobs to the site when it opens in March.

NAI Summit of South Whitehall Township coordinated the lease transaction for City Center Lehigh Valley and Cenduit, a provider of specialized clinical trial management services to the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. The firm will lease 13,500 square feet of space in City Center's new mixed use office building.

Cenduit could potentially bring more than 40 jobs once it opens as the firm is looking to attract younger employees, said Mike Adams, senior vice president of NAI Summit.

"We looked at typical office buildings outside the city," Adams said this morning. "But I think once they saw the downtown and what was happening, with the various tenants moving into City Center, they thought it was good for their employee base."

"They were actually leaning toward the West End [of Allentown] but decided they really liked Two City Center," Adams said.
